Internal Notes & Hidden Fields
In addition to many fields that are visible when Etching is set to public, Etchster supports internal notes that are always hidden.
You can add them when you first create an Etching or later by using the “Edit” feature.
Even if you receive an Etching from someone else, you’ll still be able to add or edit and keep your own records, but you will not receive the former owner’s internal notes.
How to Access Internal Notes
Use the “Internal Notes” field (as shown) to record data such as plans for the future, research questions, or any other data you want to keep private. Note that along with the other fields with yellow backgrounds, the “Internal Notes” field is always hidden
Create a free profile to start tracking notes on Etchings. The feature is included with the Etchster Lite plan.
